  • Security card access system which restricts access to the facility and controlled access to the various rooms within the complex.
  • FM200 fire protection with smoke and heat detectors located in the ceiling and floor. A secondary pre-action water system was also included in the event of an uncontrollable fire.
  • Weekly Change Control Process to ensure all changes have been tested for production.
  • Documented and strictly adhered to escalation process.
  • Network communication cabling included Fiber and CAT6 wiring to facilitate high-speed data transfer.
  • Remedy Trouble Ticket System. Ability to provide custom reporting and trend analysis of system issues.
